Machined Blocks

The base of every engine build, the machined block. Wheeler Power Products prides itself on producing top quality machined blocks for every level of performance. Utilizing complete 4-axis CNC machining and finish honing with Sunnen equipment our machined blocks are second to none. Sportsman Series blocks incorporate ARP Main Bolts to add additional horsepower capabilities. Comp Series blocks feature the addition of billet caps on the center three mains and incorporate the use of ARP main studs making them capable of much higher horsepower values (650hp on the small blocks / 800hp on the big blocks). Wheeler Pro Series Race Blocks are the cream of the crop utilizing brand new cores, dedicated main oiling, larger bore sizes, 4-bolt mains front to back with splayed billet caps on the center three, ARP main studs, and many other features found only in top quality race blocks. Pro Series blocks are for the serious racer who will accept nothing but the best material, machining techniques, and horsepower capability. Our small blocks are capable of up to 850hp, our big blocks will be online soon.
