4.030, 4.040, 4.060 Bore; 302 Mains

  • Seasoned Ford production, factory roller, 2-bolt block
  • Block is oven baked and shot peened to settle molecular structure    
  • Magnafluxed for cracks, clearanced for strokers. Additional clearancing may be necessary depending upon your rod and stroke combination  
  • Block is precision machined on our 4-axis CNC equipment
  • Cylinders are finish honed with Sunnen CV 616 & torque plates with 820 Sunnen stones
  • Mains are line bored on our Winona Van Norman line boring equipment
  • Mains are finish honed on Sunnen CH100 Line Hone
  • Mains utilize ARP main studs and come equipped with a main girdle
  • Cam bearings and brass freeze plugs are installed along with all alignment dowels
