4.025, 4.035, 4.055 Bore; 350 Mains, 1-Piece Rear Main Seal
(.005" Available For Finish Honing)

  • Seasoned GM production, factory roller, 4-bolt block
  • Block is oven baked and shot peened to settle molecular structure    
  • Magnafluxed for cracks, clearanced for strokers. Additional clearancing may be necessary depending upon your rod and stroke combination  
  • Block is precision machined on our 4-axis CNC equipment
  • Cylinders require finish honing as needed
  • Mains are line bored on our Winona Van Norman line boring equipment
  • Mains are finish honed on Sunnen CH100 Line Hone
  • ARP main bolts
  • Block ships with a machined block kit including: Cam Bearings, Freeze Plug Package, and Alignment Dowel Package
  • Block ships with a 1-piece seal adapter (not installed) for 1-piece crankshaft applications
