Specification Overview

• Seasoned GM production, factory roller Gen V/VI, 2-bolt block (converted to 4-bolt mains)
  
• Block is oven baked and shot peened to settle molecular structure    
• Magnafluxed for cracks and clearanced for strokers. Additional clearancing may be necessary depending upon your rod and stroke combination  
• Block is precision machined on our 4-axis CNC equipment
• Cylinders are finish honed with Sunnen CV 616 and torque plates with 820 Sunnen stones
• Mains are line bored on our Winona Van Norman line boring equipment
• Mains are finish honed on Sunnen CH100 Line Hone
• Block is converted to 4-bolt billet mains (center 3 only) using ARP main studs
• Cam bearings and brass freeze plugs are installed along with all alignment dowels
• Block is assembled with a 1-piece rear main seal for 1-piece crankshaft applications
• • Comes with billet caps (center 3 only, converted to 4-bolt mains) and ARP main studs.

• Note: Gen V/VI blocks do not have manual fuel pump provision
