We pay the shipping on orders shipped via UPS ground service in the continental U.S. (Exceptions: tires, oversize boxes or items requiring truck freight). We will gladly accommodate your special shipping requirements such as Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, 3 Day and truck shipping. Your special shipping request will be billed to you at cost. There will be a $12.99 packaging and handling fee assessed to all orders. Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and prepayment with money order, certified cashiers check, or bank wire transfer. (C.O.D. privileges are extended only to customers with an established account and a minimum yearly purchase history with Wheeler Power Products, NO EXCEPTIONS. C.O.D. orders will have an additional $12.99 fee added to each package.) Furthermore, credit card orders will be shipped only to the billing address of the credit card used for purchase. (NO EXCEPTIONS) Prepayment is required on all engines, short blocks and custom parts. These parts require a minimum deposit of 50% and may be as much as 100% depending on the exact nature of the part, prepayment amounts are at the sole discretion of Wheeler Power Products. Return Policy
You may return new, uninstalled, non-custom parts within 14 days of the original purchase date to Wheeler Power Products. However to ensure a no-hassle return, you must call and be issued a return authorization number. Parts returned without a return authorization number are subject to a 50% restocking and handling charge. We will not accept returns on custom or special order parts. All products must be in the original package or you will incur a handling charge up to 50% for shipping & handling for return to the manufacturer for repackaging. On all engines and component assemblies Wheeler Power Products, at our sole discretion, reserves the right to adjust/change internal engine specifications, components or methods as they see fit at any time without notice. Text, Pricing, Photography
Errors in typographical content, pricing and photography are subject to change or correction and may change without notice. Wheeler Power Products liability for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to a refund of the purchase price, or at our option, repair or replacement of the component(s). Wheeler Power Products is in no way responsible for any internal engine component(s) failure. Wheeler Power Products shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages due to a component(s) failure. Some parts sold by Wheeler Power Products are not legal for use in some states on pollution controlled vehicles.
